This
is exactly 1 month into the program. The Jeans that I
have on I could not fit into by at least 3 inches before I started.
I get measured this Monday. I FEEL GREAT!!! My blood pressure
is down from 150/90 area to 113/67 which I had taken
today (Saturday Feb 22nd) at the Wal Mart on the machine. Even
if its off, its much better!!!!
