By placing an
order on our website you agree to our standard Shipping and Refund
Policy:
The final shipping costs may be different for heavier-than-average items or multiple items on the same order.
Orders delivered in Pennsylvania State are sales taxable (6%).
Out of state orders are tax-free.
International orders may incur import duties to be paid to the government in the destination country. Unclaimed international packages must be returned to us and the buyer is responsible for the shipping and/or any other charges. This applies to all countries, including Canada.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY:
SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTION TO OUR 30-DAY POLICY. The sender is responsible for the shipping costs. In case of defective merchandise, a replacement will be sent upon receipt of the defective item(s). If for any reason, you wish to return a product, returns can only be accepted if the item is (1) in "new" condition and without any signs of change or modification or sign of opening, from its original state, (2) returned in its original carton with all original packing material, (3) all instructions, warranties, and any accessories that come with the item are enclosed, and (4) a copy of the sales receipt or packing slip (if available) must be included.
We reserve the right to refuse the item(s) or charge a restocking fee if any of the above is missing. Please notice that there is a 20% restocking fee unless waived by an authorized person for Weight Loss for Design.
Because of health department regulations, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened.
Refund Policy For Our Weight Loss and Wellness Programs when enrolling with one of our Certified Physicians:
We maintain a “no refund” policy AFTER the paperwork or the enrollment process has been completed in the Physician’s office either manually or through the computer terminal. By clicking on the I AGREE button on the electronic enrollment or signing the CONSENT FORM page on our manual enrollment form, the patient is agreeing to this policy.
