· EKG and Stress Test (if required)
· Counseling Session and Patient Workbook
Your information is sent to the National Center and...
· entered into a computer program
designed to evaluate you and create a complete body composition analysis
· prescription is generated for each patient
· your menu ⁄ exercise program is generated
Reviewed by Medical Doctors
· After reviewing, your doctor writes the prescription which will be shipped by Fedex along with your program.
· Medical weight loss counseling will begin by phone immediately.
2nd Visit - 4 wks
· short exam ⁄ follow-up
3rd Visit - 8 wks
· short exam ⁄ follow-up
4th Visit - 12 wks
· exam and decision about continuation or maintenance at this visit
· Maintenance is all natural compounds and counseling
